Jiffy Cornbread Muffins with Cream-Style Corn and Honey Butter

Perfect little accompaniment during soup season.  So easy and so yummy.

Recipe here.  I opted to make muffins as opposed to a loaf -- it made 12, but next time I would probably make them fuller and make a few less.
